Terms of service

1. The service

Get Signal Genie provides tools for research, idea development, AI-assisted strategy and drafting, visual generation, scheduling, analytics and authorised social publishing. Features may change as the service develops.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, keep your password and connected credentials secure, and promptly tell us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit to Get Signal Genie. You give us the limited rights needed to store, process, display and transmit that content to provide the service, including sending relevant material to AI or social-platform providers when you request those features.

You must have the rights and permissions required for content, personal information, images, audio, brands and social accounts that you submit or connect.

4. AI output and publishing

AI output is assistance, not professional, legal, financial or editorial advice. You are responsible for checking facts, rights, tone, claims, disclosures and platform rules before publishing. Get Signal Genie does not guarantee reach, engagement, approval by a platform or business results.

Get Signal Genie is designed around human approval. You are responsible for enabling auto-publishing, selecting channels, approving posts and confirming that a connected account is the correct destination.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use Get Signal Genie to break the law, infringe rights, impersonate someone, distribute malware, send spam, evade platform limits, scrape services where prohibited, or publish content you are not authorised to publish. You must follow the terms and policies of LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram, Threads, Reddit, X and any other connected service.

6. Plans, billing and cancellation

Get Signal Genie may offer free and paid plans with different limits and features. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe and are subject to the price and billing interval shown at checkout. You may cancel future renewals through the available billing controls or by contacting us. Unless required by law or stated at checkout, cancellation does not automatically refund a period already paid for.

7. Availability and third-party services

We aim to keep Get Signal Genie available, but maintenance, outages, provider limits, API changes and events outside our control may interrupt the service. Social platforms and AI providers are third-party services; their availability, permissions, review decisions and policies are outside Get Signal Genie’s control.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, comply with law or address a breach of these terms. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account and data as described on the data deletion page.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get Signal Genie is provided on an “as available” basis and without warranties that the service or AI output will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms when the service or law changes. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply. The governing law and legal entity details should be confirmed with qualified legal counsel before commercial launch; mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
