1. Who we are

Get Signal Genie is the operator of the service. For privacy questions or requests, contact generalambi@gmail.com. The operator’s final legal entity and registered address should be added here before a paid public launch.

2. Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, password hash and plan or subscription status.
• Workspace content: ideas, drafts, final posts, strategy notes, brand rules, voice examples, business context, uploaded images, screenshots and audio.
• Connected channels: account identifiers, profile names, Page details and encrypted access tokens when you connect LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Threads or X.
• Research and engagement data: saved sources, signal items, watchlist profiles, captured post text, suggested comments and publishing history.
• Billing information: subscription and payment status provided by Stripe. Get Signal Genie does not store full payment-card details.
• Technical information: session cookies, security logs, device or browser information and service events needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service.

3. How we use information

• Provide, secure and maintain your workspace.
• Generate research summaries, strategies, drafts, visuals and other requested AI-assisted outputs.
• Connect to and publish approved content through the social accounts you explicitly authorise.
• Schedule jobs, send requested service notifications and provide billing support.
• Measure service reliability, prevent abuse and improve product quality.
• Meet legal, accounting and security obligations.

4. Service providers

Get Signal Genie may use carefully selected providers to deliver the service. These may include OpenAI for requested AI processing, Stripe for billing, LinkedIn, Meta, Threads and X for authorised social publishing, Reddit and Substack feeds for configured intelligence, IONOS or another hosting provider for infrastructure, and authenticated SMTP for service email. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy documentation.

5. Your connected accounts

You choose whether to connect a social account. Access tokens are encrypted before storage and are used only for the permissions and publishing actions you authorise. You can disconnect an account by contacting us while account-management controls are being completed. You should also revoke access from the relevant platform when appropriate.

6. AI-assisted processing

Some features send workspace material to an AI provider to produce the output you request. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete; review it before relying on it or publishing it. Do not submit confidential or personal information unless you are authorised to do so and understand the relevant provider terms.

7. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain your workspace, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect the service. We use access controls, encrypted tokens, secure sessions and operational monitoring, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Contact us at generalambi@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

9. Cookies

Get Signal Genie uses an essential session cookie to keep you signed in and protect authenticated requests. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising on the public site.

10. Children and changes

The service is not intended for children under 18. We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above indicates when the current version was last updated.
